We did great during TCCF and TCCFOE but that doesn't deny our shortcomings along the journey, and those shortcomings aren't new at all, but have been our struggles ever since before and that's Consistency for 2nd week and the succeeding weeks.
It's time to fix it, it's long due and it would get harder to solve the bigger our fandom gets. It's good that we're breaking records but it's better to set long lasting records, not ones that would get surpassed in a matter of weeks.
We have a lot of help to utilize, we just need the appropriate and healthy motivation that we all need. normalize sharing streaming links, not to force anyone but to invite them to join you, to enjoy the song with you.
We don't just need fanbases to unite, we also need to give support to fanbases to keep them working. If we have problems with them, it would be best to DM them than prioritizing on shouting whatever you don't like about them to gain what? sympathy? collective mindset?
we need to have a shift on solving our fandom's problems, let's try not to cancel first but to always try to go to DMs first, approach and address, talk and solve. Help everyone spread helpful info to have better information flow in the fandom
even if you already know how to properly stream, how to vote, how to do this and that, it's important that we still share it for the sake of those who are not familiar with them, help our new fellow MOAs catch up with the rest of the fandom.
let's normalize "retweeting" tutorials, announcements and projects, liking them would only give the minimum help required, and quote rting them would provide more "convicing" factor.
also, can we first check if fanbases actually do streaming parties before saying they aren't? Like I literally saw a bunch of em for the past months and it's either it flopped at the beginning or gets lower engagements as it progresses.
can we first check things before saying anything, coz it will only cause unecessary and further discussion that might induce negative atmosphere and eventually ruins everyone's timeline?
also, it's fine if you are a silent streamer, don't feel pressured if people asks to send screenshots or whenever they scream about streaming, but also remember that making people know that you are also streaming helps them get motivated at somepoint as well
let's always encourage others whenever we have the chance or time to do so. let's be proactive too, coz no one would do these things for txt other than us.
